Early in January Glen Watt started a 3 month MRes project placement at TAC. He is already doing a fantastic job, learning lots and fitting in well. Here in his own words are his thoughts…
“I am now in my 4th week of my Mres project placement The Antibody Company Ltd . Under the guidance of both Eric Wagner and Mark TS Williams I will be taught cell culture, hybridoma fusion, ELISA and antibody conjugations. As well as refining my previously learned lab techniques. Over the next three months I not only will be learning valuable lab skills, but I am also gaining great insight into how an industrial lab operates to such a high standard.”
