The Antibody Company, TAC, has been recognised for high standards of excellence with silver accreditation from North Lanarkshire Council’s Employer Charter.
The charter is based around four commitments by employers: to pay all staff at minimum the Real Living Wage; employ North Lanarkshire residents; use local businesses in the supply chain where possible; and ensure fair work practices which attract and retain employees.
North Lanarkshire Provost Kenneth Duffy visited the company to present them with the award, saying: “Congratulations to The Antibody Company on their achievement in operating responsible businesses that support their employees and make a positive commitment to North Lanarkshire and the local economy.
“Our Employer Charter offers clear benefits for both employers and employees and is designed to increase employment and training opportunities for residents and provide support to businesses.”
TAC is delighted to receive this award which recognizes the efforts the company and more importantly the staff have made to make TAC such an attractive place to work and of benefit to the local economy.
