Another year, another quality audit. This one was a bit different from the last few. An actual onsite audit with real live people on site. No pressure!
As useful as zoom/teams have been over the last couple of years (and will continue to be) there is no substitute for face to face meetings to really deeply discuss and delve into topics. The site visit afforded a great opportunity to closely examine our systems and objectives, test them and look for opportunities to progress and improve them.
We are delighted that again have achieved full accreditation.
